2015 is going to be a great year;I am going to try to have one new recipe a week a featured recipe, and I have also created subcategories under the recipes, so you can easily navigate which recipes you are looking for. Thank you for checking out my site and I hope there is something here that can help support you in your next life journey!!! Please feel free to leave me feedback on any of the recipes, or if you are looking for specific information that is why I started this blog to help others who want to make simple changes in their lives, but don't always have access to the knowledge they need to make those changes. Thanks again for checking out my site and God Bless you wherever you are in your journey.
Today I was watching Dr. Oz and he was talking about the Whole Food 30 eating plan. I listened to some of the inspirational stories of people who have reversed their high blood pressure and cholesterol as well as many other aliments. This looks like a good healthy way to eat; from what I saw on TV and read on their website I would say it looks like 90% plant based and 10% lean good quality (organic) animal protein. This would be a good place for people to start if they are not quite ready to give up their meat protein yet. I have included a link to their site on my links page.
Anita give me two of your favorite type of bars, cookies, or pie and I will get to work trying to modify the ingredients to help make it healthier!!!
Watch for my healthy Thanksgiving menu to come this weekend!!
Feel free to ask any questions related to plant based eating or any health tips you are curious about. I enjoy researching anything to do with physical, mental, and emotional health. After all they are all linked together.
